Donna Morea has 40+ years of experience leading and advising businesses of all sizes. She is the retired President of CGI, where she led CGI’s multi-billion-dollar business in the US, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. Her clients included many of the world’s largest organizations in federal, state, and local governments; health care; telecommunications; and financial services.

Currently, Donna chairs the Board of Directors of SAIC and is a Board Director and Chair of the Technology Committee at Truist. She is actively engaged with major private equity and venture capital firms, serving as an Operating Executive of the Carlyle Group with a focus on the technology sector, a member of the Advisory Board of Blue Delta Capital Partners, and a board member of several middle-market companies at Sagewind Capital and JMI.

In addition to her business activities, Donna is deeply committed to community service. She recently completed her tenure as the Lead Director of Share Our Strength, a national organization fighting childhood hunger in the US and abroad. Formerly, she served as a Trustee of the Inova Health System. She is also Chair Emerita of the Northern Virginia Technology Council and Chair Emerita of Wesleyan University, her alma mater.

On a personal note, Donna is intentional about “paying it forward”, serving as an informal mentor to promising women leaders.
