Founder & President, H&B Premier Group

Hareesha Boyagodage is the Founder and President of H&B Premier Group, a full-service accounting and advisory firm serving small to medium-sized enterprises and high-net-worth individuals since 2011. He brings more than two decades of experience in accounting, tax, and business advisory, with professional training at PricewaterhouseCoopers and prior leadership roles as head of finance at various firms.

A Certified Public Accountant, Chartered Accountant, IRS Enrolled Agent, and Attorney-at-Law (Sri Lanka), Hareesha holds a B.A. in Economics (Special) from the University of Colombo. He currently serves on the boards of multiple nonprofit organizations, advising on accounting, compliance, and governance matters.

Beyond his professional career, Hareesha has been instrumental in establishing meditation centers in Sri Lanka and Long Island, New York, to support mental health and train community leaders. He is passionate about mentoring young professionals, teaching, and advancing wellness initiatives.

An avid runner and yoga practitioner, Hareesha has completed six marathons, including the New York City, London, and Berlin marathons. He also enjoys boating and spending time with his four children.
